Facebook redefines top 25

We log on every free or busy second we get. Most college students equate Facebook to their daily shower (hopefully), or gosh forbid their waking up to alarm clocks for the 20-minute walk to class. In the past few years though, Facebook has maneuvered its vines through the high school scene and professional work force.

"Wait...my MOM Facebooked me? WT @#%*!"

Even with news feeds and Facebook Chat, the neverending chain letter "25 Random Things" has caught the attention of Poynter Online, a journalism Web forum provided by The Poynter Institute.

The "25 Random Things" is an outpour of boredom or a time of self-reflection; whichever is your purpose. Things like "I can't believe that..." or "I love..." or "I kind of like..." You fill in the blank.

Don't even get me started with Twitter.
